Danika Robison, originally from Vermont, served as a founding social studies teacher at GGA for two years, and is excited to currently be involved in managing a variety of educational programs, including the IB service-learning program. Previously, she served as the lead teacher for The Traveling School, an all-girls semester high school, where she taught history and global studies in 8 different countries throughout South America and Southern Africa, and developed a passion for place-based and experiential learning. She earned her Master of Public Administration with a specialization in conflict resolution and social justice from Middlebury Institute of International Studies and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in international affairs from Skidmore College. Danika’s goal as an educator is to support students in continually developing their understanding of themselves, humanity and society today. In her free time, you can find her seeking trails for running, biking or skiing.
