Andria Wisler is a former Middle School teacher. Since 2013, Andria has served as the Executive Director of the Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching & Service at Georgetown University where she is also a Teaching Professor in Justice and Peace Studies. During AY 2020-2022, Andria was an American Council on Education fellow and enjoyed a semester-long placement at the University of Detroit Mercy. She also serves on the board of the Cornelia Connelly Center on the Lower East Side of New York City. Andria is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received her Master’s in International Educational Development from Teachers College and PhD in Comparative and International Education from Columbia University. She has lived in Washington, DC since 2008 and calls Capitol Hill home with her husband, Bill Rebeck, and child, Jackson.
