Tasliym Lester

Tasliym Lester, a native of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, is a graduate of Virginia Union University, where she earned her degree in English. She brings nearly two decades of experience in the D.C. public charter school sector to Girls Global Academy. Over the course of her career, Tasliym has served in a range of leadership roles, including Business Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Director of Operations. She is deeply committed to operational excellence and passionate about fostering environments where students can learn, grow, and succeed. Her work focuses on improving organizational systems, promoting upward mobility through education, and ensuring that every student has access to a safe, clean, and engaging learning space.
