Mr. Chapa is a recently retired financial professional with over 40 years of experience in financial management at various engineering government contractors and a multinational industrial company. He is a Maryland resident, married 47 years, two grown up children and two grand-children living in Maryland. He is CPA licensed (Retired) and has an MBA in International Business from Washington University, St. Louis, MO. He currently is also a Board member at Sisters Care, an in-home health care non-profit organization and Board member of Loaves and Fishes of San Antonio, TX, feeding the homeless community. Also, he is the Development Director at the Financial Stability Network of the Catholic Charities of Washington. Volunteer at VITA tax preparation services at the Catholic Charities of Washington. Financial mentor in the Welcome Home Re-entry Program for formerly imprisoned persons.
