Patricia Samuels was born and raised in Sacramento, California. Prior to becoming a school educator she was a firefighter(trailblazer) for 4 years for the Department of Forestry in California and in Accounting Administration for the federal government. Ms. Samuels has degrees in Social Studies and Business Administration (concentrated in Accounting) and a master’s degree in special education. She has 20 years experience teaching primary, intermediate, and secondary education in the DMV area. Trish has been married for 36 years and has 4 adult children. She is a fan of the USA Olympic team and New Orleans Saints, loves puppies, and adventurous sports. She loves the DMV communities and enjoys being a member of Save2Serve Missionary. Ms. Samuels is very active in serving the homeless, battered women shelters and food banks in the DMV area including international work in Ghana. And most of all she loves the lord.
