Throughout my life journey I have chosen to be a person of value rather than a person of success. The legacy that I hope to leave is one that reminds others about the importance of connecting, collaborating, and cultivating relationships.

I am inspired by those that serve as a voice for the voiceless. I believe that the skill of advocacy is one of the best skills you can have and it more often than not, will yield some type of result.

My legacy is my determination and light that i bring , one story that pop’s in my head when it comes to shaping who i’ve become is when my college professor told me i was not limited. It was a conversation about the majors and minor i had in college, and he assured me i could do what i wanted to do and what i was willing to commit to. It reminded me of my high school math teachers words of encouragement. I felt seen! Lit a spark in me.

The youth inspires me. The pureness they have and immense potential they posses to change the world. When i was younger my inspiration and motivation were the statistics i did not want to be apart of.
