In 2023, I took a chance to compete in a national pageant for the very first time. I competed for the USOA Ms. IL state title, I made history becoming the First Black USOA Ms. Illinois.
Who or what inspires you, and why?
Faith and Family. My faith inspires me because it teaches me the gift of perseverance, with that I have been successful at overcoming many obstacles throughout my life. My family inspires me every day, after losing my parents at a young age I discovered early on how precious life truly is. My siblings and I are really close and my nieces and nephews bring me great joy. My family keeps me grounded!
